As a Salt Lake City native, Kristen Bagley brings deep Utah roots and over a decade of real estate expertise to every transaction. A University of Utah graduate with a degree in Communications, she transitioned to real estate in 2013.

Her childhood exposure to the preservation of historic properties sparked her foundation and deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship and architectural heritage, giving her unique expertise from historic homes and renovations to new construction and existing properties. Kristen understands the nuances of each market segment and can guide clients through real estate transactions.

She specializes in communities throughout the greater Salt Lake City area, with particular expertise in Lehi and Silicon Slopes where she lives and works daily. Her market knowledge extends from the established neighborhoods of Salt Lake City and its surrounding communities to the mountain resort areas of Park City, giving her comprehensive insight into Utah's diverse real estate landscape.

As a lifelong Utahn who experienced the area's evolution, Kristen understands what drives local market trends and can guide clients to neighborhoods that match their lifestyle.

Kristen and her husband have raised four children in Lehi, and while some have launched into their own adventures, celebrating all their accomplishments and having them home for visits brings her joy. When she's not helping clients navigate real estate transactions, she enjoys traveling and relaxing at home with their youngest child and dog.
